Los Angles book publicist news flash…LA author James Greenberg has penned a new book on controversial movie director Roman Polanski called “Roman Polanski: A Retrospective.” Book is from Abrams Books publishers and out this week. The detailed work talks all about Polanski’s life and is rich with photos spanning his more than 50 year film career and personal life. Polanski is quoted as saying “The Pianist” is his favorite film. He also directed “Rosemary’s Baby” and “China Town”, among many others. His latest movie is “Venus in Fur” that he debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in May. Author James Greenberg is scheduled to appear at the Diesel Books store in Brentwood/LA this Sunday (8) at 3pm to discuss his book and do a book signing event there.
